Our service technicians have specially formulated spotting agents designed to loosen and remove pet spots. The servicemen will concentrate their cleaning efforts on these areas, in an attempt to remove the spots. We have specialized in this service for over twenty-five years and in many instances, the entire spot can be removed. However in some cases, the spot can permanently discolor the fiber.

Mister Natural has two deodorizer/neutralizers available to control and eliminate many troublesome odors.

  • A neutralizer that contains an enzyme which will work at digesting the odors for several days.
  • Our second deodorizer is then applied to ensure the best possible results. This process does not involve masking agents, which will just cover up the odor for a short time.

Our deodorizers can be injected below the carpet backing, using a carpet syringe, if requested.

The service technicians will perform to the best of there ability in attempting to eliminate the odors, however complete odor removal can not be guaranteed, due to the severity of some problems.

*An additional charge is applicable for deodorization and injections.
